Right And Timely
God is the Ancient of Days. He is also the Lord of Hosts and the Mighty Man in Battle. In other words, He is the Commander -in-Chief: The Conqueror, who comes conquering and to conquer. In addition, He is the Thunderer, who comes thundering and to thunder. Generally, God is more than worthy of every honour given to Him. In recognition of His victories and supreme nature, Michael, the commander of the Hosts of Heaven, salutes the Almighty God, three times.
The triple salutations may be at one place (on the spot) or three places in a line. When he salutes three times in a line, he may begin at the center:
- Then and first, at the center of the altar, He salutes God as Almighty Love – Jesus Christ.
- He takes a step to the left, to salute God as the Almighty Father,
- and then takes two steps to the right to salute Almighty Presence, the Holy Spirit.
He salutes Jesus first, because Jesus is the Everlasting Door. None can come to the Father except through the Son. That is why Jesus said that he is the Way, the Truth and the Life. He is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
